This saves you time and provide the desired results by professionally completing the essential Annexure 3 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. This essential medical certificate of fitness will include a “fit with conditions” or “fit with restrictions” if relevant.

Managing Director

Marinda de Freitas also the co-owner and managing director of SHERmed Occupational health services since 2007, obtained her nursing qualification in 2022 as a general nurse and currently completing her National Diploma in Safety Management.
Working experience includes Safety Training as she is also a certified Facilitator and enjoys providing safety training to sharpen up the knowledge of staff members in a workforce.
Sr. Marinda Lazenby
Occ Health Nursing Practitioner

Sr Marinda Lazenby joined our Medical expert team in March 2021. She is a former Medical inspector of mines with 35 years experience in general industry as an Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner.
Having a degree in Occupational Health forms part of a professional few register SANC as a Occupational Nursing practitioner. She is a registered member of Sasohn and her qualifications and experience include Safety Risk management, Occupational Hygiene , First aid instructor and assessor. Her working history included general health and safety functions at medical stations for different industries including Fresh Meats Renown and Dairybelle. She has 15 years experience in the mining industry being appointed as the Occupational Health Nursing practitioner for Anglo Mines.

Former Regional Manager of NOSA with expertise in Sytem Auditing and training that include ISO 45001 and the NOSA 5 star system. Occ Health Manager at Anglo Mines. Jimmy de Freitas
Operational Manager
Experience in Business management, business control functions and entrepreneur for the past 20 years. He has been an owner and director of SHERmed since 2009.
